Medicinal Properties:Fleshy leaves of Ghritkumari are used in Ayurvedic formulations. In Ayurveda it is indicated for blood purifying, anti-inflammatory and urinary disorder controlling properties. External application of Ghritkumari pulp or juice helps in non healing ulcers, swelling, irritation, pain and inflammation. In these days aloevera is widely used in cosmetic applications. Many Ayurvedic formulations meant for indigestion, pain abdomen, constipation and worm infestations have Ghritkumari as an ingredient. It is used for general debility in Ayurveda
