Medicinal Properties:Bark, Heart wood and Khadir saar (Extract of the tree) in various Ayurvedic medicines. Cutch tree finds its major application in the treatment of skin and respiratory troubles particularly, of allergic origin type. It is used as a main ingredient for dental and oral hygiene products. It is also effective for treatment for bleeding injuries as styptic agent due to its astringent properties.
